Overview-
We’re seeking motivated Career Counselors to introduce students to our online courses. In this role, you’ll blend counseling skills with sales expertise to help students discover our offerings and drive enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every student to help them enroll in the course to meet their career objectives
- Follow up after the sale to ensure student satisfactionStay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to come up with new growth strategies
- Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily
Qualification Criteria
- Excellent english verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills with the ability to work within deadlines
Salary:
₹2,16,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year ( +Incentives* )
