UGC NET JRF 2019

UGC NET JRF 2019 Official Notification has been released on 1st March 2019. The Public Notice for UGC NET June Examination was released on 4th February 2019. The admit card for the UGC NET JRF examination can be downloaded by the students from 15th May 2019. The online exam is going to be held on multiple Days in the month of June from 20th to 28th June. What is UGC NET JRF Exam?

The UGC NET JRF Exam is conducted twice an year by the NTA and lakhs of students get involved in this drive. The NET JRF Paper helps everyone to pursue professorship as their career. The UGC NET exam was earlier conducted by the CBSE but from December 2018 onwards, it was conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should fulfill the following criteria to apply for the NET JRF exam.

1) Age Eligibility

Age should be Less than 30 years on the first date of the month in which JRF Exam would be held. There are also relaxation in the upper age limit for JRF 2019 exam:

There are no Age Limit for UGC NET Candidates for Assistant Professorship.

2) Educational Qualification (for UGC NET JRF (General)

A Candidate should have a Masters Degree from a recognised university/institution by UGC with Minimum 55% marks (this will be 50% in case of SC/ST/PWD/transgender candidate) or grade.

Application Form

The online registration for UGC NET JRF June 2019 Exam has started from 1st March 2019. The last date to apply Online is 30th March 2019. You can check the Official Notification for UGC NET JRF Examination.

Admit Card

The admit card for UGC NET JRF Exam is issued 10-20 days prior to the examination date.The admit card will be available if you have submitted the correct information in the online registration form. You can download UGC NET JRF admit card by visiting the official website.
